As the new year approaches, many people will be heading out to visit temples and shrines for their first shrine visit.
At some temples and shrines in Mie Prefecture, you can receive a ``New Year's Limited Goshuin'' or ``January Limited Design Goshuin'' as proof of your visit.

Let's show our gratitude and pray for a good new year by visiting the shrine and receiving the Goshuin stamp.

January limited goshuin ``Shochikubai'' ``Whimsical Cat New Year''

The limited goshuin stamps for January are "Shochikubai", a collaboration stamp with "Stunkoya Fukuchan", and "Whimsical Cat New Year", a collaboration stamp with "RORO COLORE".
The noble design combines the three symbols of auspicious events and auspicious events: pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms, making it perfect for the auspicious New Year. In addition, the goshuin, which has a cute depiction of a whimsical cat looking curious about the dragon written on the Hamaya votive tablet, will give you a heartwarming feeling.

In January, we wish you all the best,The zodiac signs ``Tatsu'', ``Shochikubai'' (Plum is Ise Katagami), and ``Checkered pattern''.Introducing Goshuin stamps that combine auspicious items. You can also receive a goshuin stamp with a design of a flower cart laden with flowers of Japanese origin, such as the shimenawa decoration, which is a mark to the god of the year, and peonies, chrysanthemums, and cherry blossoms, which add to the gorgeous atmosphere of the New Year.

The themes of January's monthly goshuin stamps are "Shochikubai" and "Medetai". Introducing goshuin stamps with cute patterns of pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms, as well as designs of cranes, turtles, and the zodiac sign dragon, as well as goshuin stamps featuring bright red sea bream leaping bravely from the waves.
From January of this year, we will also change to writing on Wednesdays.

Reception hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Goshuin theme“Kannon celebrating the New Year”

The goshuin for January, which marks the start of the new year, features the Chinese zodiac dragon and the auspicious southern sky. Also, in January, there will be a special version with "Hatsumode" stamped in gold on the top right of the goshuin.
In the main hall of Shitennoji Temple, you can see two different versions of the dragon: the ``Dragon on Pillar Scrolls'' on the front and the ``Water Dragon Ensozu'' ceiling painting.

Distribution location: Nokyojo next to the main hall
