In an effort to connect the history and bring back the bustle, the Ichigan Jizo Caretaker Association, which lives in the area, has continued to protect the area and maintained it as a cherry blossom path. Lanterns were gradually put up around 2018, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, they increased the number of lanterns on a large scale along the entire row of cherry trees, saying, "We want people to enjoy a festival-like atmosphere."​
