The rooms at Nokan have a relaxing atmosphere with the scent of wood. There is also a sunken kotatsu table, and the Japanese modern atmosphere is also soothing. First, the appetizer was seasonal Ise-Shima fish sashimi and a colorful salad, and the main course was thick but tender Matsusaka beef with fond de veau sauce. The soup was also luxurious and contained a whole local oyster.

Since we visited in March, we had lightly sweet sakura mochi and seasonal strawberries for dessert, the perfect palate cleanser after enjoying a luxurious full course meal.
