As of April 19, 2024, nemophila flowers are in full bloom at ShimaCity Tourist Farm in Mie Prefecture, and the carpet of nemophila flowers, shining a silver-blue color known as "Shima Blue," is at its best.
The blue nemophila flowers blooming across the gentle slopes that are a characteristic of ShimaCity Tourist Farm look like an endless, romantic flower field, creating a picturesque view no matter where you look.
There are plenty of photogenic spots, including a red telephone booth and a cute triangular-roofed bench. Some areas are also planted with pink and pale purple moss phlox, allowing you to experience the gorgeous spring flower fields.
