Some temples and shrines in Mie Prefecture distribute "June-only goshuin" stamps that can only be obtained during the month of June, and many people visit the temples and shrines in search of these seasonal stamps.
The June limited edition goshuin stamps feature motifs of hydrangeas, lilies, fireflies dancing by the water, and teru teru bozu dolls, all designs perfect for the rainy season.
