The 2024 Hydrangea Festival is currently being held at Kazahaya no Sato in TsuCity City, Mie Prefecture. In the gardens, where the spectacular scenery of hydrangeas is the highlight, the colorful hydrangea flowers are gradually deepening in color, and we are just about to reach the "100% beauty" period when you can enjoy the beautiful hydrangeas.
The 77,700 hydrangeas of 45 varieties that bloom on the banks of Kazahaya Pond come in gorgeous colors such as purple, pink, light blue, blue, and deep purple, and the sight of them blooming across the vast hills creates a magnificent gradation of colors. At dusk, the view is breathtakingly beautiful, like a painting!
The peak viewing period for Kazahaya's hydrangeas is expected to be around June 15th.
There are plenty of picturesque photo spots, such as the hydrangeas and Hanachozu by the pond!
