Iron Man of Ise Pudding

A rich chilled zenzai made with contract-grown azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, which are slowly and carefully cooked. It is served with chewy domestic shiratama balls that are smooth and go down smoothly, and ``shio kelp'' from Ise's Saketoku konbu.
