Isuzugawa Cherry Blossom Festival
Date: Late March to early April
In spring, the mountain god resides in the cherry blossom trees and blooms. People in the past thought so. They then held a feast called cherry blossom viewing to please the gods and pray for a bountiful harvest. The Cherry Blossom Festival inherits this tradition. Please spend a peaceful spring time with the cherry blossoms of Isuzu River.
