The 63rd Hisai Fireworks Festival

Enjoy the fireworks and music from up close at the Self-Defense Force Grounds in the city, just a 5-minute walk from the station.

The Hisai Fireworks Festival has been held since 1961, in conjunction with a folk dance competition, at the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Hisai Garrison Grounds, located in the city center, a five-minute walk from Kintetsu Hisai Station.
The fireworks are launched right in front of the venue's spectator seats, so the combination of the spectacular fireworks and music overhead is a highlight.
This year, we will be focusing on anime as a theme so that people of all ages can enjoy it.
The finale of the Hisai Fireworks Festival, which is a tradition, is the Golden Waterfall, starting with the 200m Niagara fireworks in the air. Don't miss the spectacle of fireworks filling the sky from the ground.
