Enjoy delicious Matsusaka beef at Kaiten Yakiniku Isshobin Miyamachi branch
The restaurant we'll be introducing this time is "Kaiten Yakiniku Issho Bin Miyamachi Branch."
Isshobin is a long-established yakiniku restaurant that has been in business for 50 years, and currently has 11 locations in Mie Prefecture.
This is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy Matsusaka beef deliciously and at an affordable price.
Speaking of Isshobin Miyamachi branch, it is famous not only for ``conveyor belt sushi'' but also for ``conveyor belt yakiniku''!
High-quality meat, including A5 rank Matsusaka beef, flows down the lane one after another.
Furthermore, there is also a reasonable menu where you can enjoy high quality Matsusaka beef for less than 500 yen.
Because they purchase whole cows, they are able to enjoy delicious meat from a variety of parts at reasonable prices.
This is a popular 1sho bottle product.
From the left: Matsusaka beef special ribs (1,320 yen including tax), Matsusaka beef offal cut off (385 yen including tax), and Matsusaka meat special selection (sirloin or rib roast/1,430 yen including tax).
The lean meat and marbling of Matsusaka beef is beautiful! It's no wonder it's so beautiful that it's called a "work of meat art."
Mr. Asada grills the meat at a good pace.
In fact, when he was a high school student, he worked part-time at a long-established yakiniku restaurant in his hometown of TsuCity.
After the store closes, sometimes all the kids working part-time get to eat the Yakiniku at the store. That's when I fell in love with the deliciousness of Yakiniku! If you were to ask me what I would like to have for the last supper of my life, I would answer "Yakiniku" without hesitation!
Mr. Asada, who loves Yakiniku, taught us some tips on how to enjoy Yakiniku deliciously!
When you eat Yakiniku, you might want to order a large amount of each type, such as ``3 servings of ribs!'', but it's more satisfying to order a smaller amount, such as 1 serving, and enjoy a variety of different meats. I highly recommend it!
After that, keep it to about 80% full. It's better to feel full enough to want to go back to eat, rather than ordering too much or eating too much and getting tired of it.
I tend to ask for too much (lol) I'll try ordering a little bit at a time next time!
Mr. Dosho was impressed with the Matsusaka beef offal cut off (385 yen including tax).
``The fat melts in your mouth~! It doesn't feel greasy and you can eat it all the time,'' he said, raving about it.
When he was an athlete, Dosho often went to yakiniku after practice.
At that time, he liked to eat red meat, which was rich in protein.
We also heard about stories related to Matsusaka beef that are unique to Mr. Dosho, who is from MatsusakaCity.
When my family gathers for New Year's, in addition to traditional dishes, we also eat Matsusaka beef sukiyaki. I thought that families all over the country had the same way of making sukiyaki with good meat during the year-end and New Year holidays, but it seems that's not the case! (lol) Maybe it's an annual event unique to Matsusaka?
This time, the two of us actually tasted Matsusaka beef at Kaiten Yakiniku Isshobin Miyamachi branch.
I was glad that I was able to actually taste Matsusaka beef at Isshobin and realize that it was really delicious, and was able to appreciate the charm of Matsusaka beef once again.
Through this interview, I was able to learn more about the charm of Matsusaka!
Actually, this Kaiten Yakiniku Isshobin Miyamachi branch is the restaurant where my younger brother worked part-time when he was a student! I was also happy to be able to interview at a store that I have a connection to.
We will continue to do our best to liven up Matsusaka!
The last photo ends with the two of them in the “meat (29)” pose♪
