1. Exquisite! Matsusaka beef sukiyaki that melts in your mouth

This time, we have prepared a luxurious Matsusaka Beef Toro Sukiyaki for two people. (9,350 yen per person. Includes 150g of loin, rice, miso soup, pickled vegetables, egg, and dessert)

This loin is a rare part that can only be harvested from 700kg to 14kg per head! It is characterized by easy marbling and fine texture, allowing you to enjoy just the right texture and rich flavor.

Immediately, the first piece was cooked by a waiter.

Yumechin: ``Thank you very much! It's a special feeling to be able to have the waiter cook the food right in front of you.This may be the first time I've had the food cooked properly.''

Mr. Nakai: ``Now let's start cooking. After grinding the beef tallow, we quickly grill the meat, then sprinkle it with cane sugar and grill it. Immediately add soy sauce and simmer it in our homemade kelp soup stock with sake. I’ll go.”

The special feature of Matsusaka's sukiyaki is that it does not use warishita.

Matsusaka-style sukiyaki is made by first grilling the beef and then seasoning it with sugar, soy sauce, and kelp stock.

Yumechin: "At first, it's just like that. Let's eat it! It's delicious...! The flavor of the meat spreads out. Even though each piece was so big, it melted in no time! It had a good seasoning and was delicious. is."

The fattening on our own farm is done with a lot of care and love.
