Jodoji Temple
A temple located across the clear Miyagawa River from IseJingu.
The ``Kumano Kanshin Jukai Mandala in Color on Paper'' in the collection has been designated as a tangible folk cultural property by the prefecture.
This mandala was used by the Kumano bhikkhuni to illustrate illustrations from the medieval period to early modern times.
It measures 143cm in height and 133.7cm in width, and it is written in ink on the back that it was repaired in 1815.
