"Medetai-ya" makes a variety of red sea bream products in Owase, southern Mie Prefecture. We manufacture and sell products such as ``Live Sea Bream Medetaiyaki'', which is made by stuffing the belly of a sea bream with seaweed from Toba and grilling it whole, ``Tai Dashi Tsuyu'', which is made with the dashi from the roasted whole of the sea bream, and ``Thai Miso''.
