Kizuro is located in the middle of a bend in the Kitayama River, and is shaped like a protruding peninsula. In feng shui, this type of terrain is called a dragon hole and is considered a power spot. It is a rare topography that was featured on the TV Asahi program "Nanikore Chin Hyakkei," and is attracting attention as a "view created by the meandering Kitayama River."
