"Gyugin Honten" has a storefront that conveys the atmosphere of when it was a beef hotpot restaurant during the Meiji era, and is a famous Matsusaka beef sukiyaki restaurant that was selected for the "COOL JAPAN AWARD 2019." Among the Matsusaka beef brands, the meat is always carefully selected to ensure the highest grade, and is characterized by an exquisite balance of lean meat and fat, and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Sukiyaki is a supreme dish where you can enjoy each piece of carefully grilled meat with a simple seasoning of only soy sauce and sugar.
