Choja Pond
On the way to Mitake Shrine from the summit of Mt. Mt.Gozaisho, there is a small pond with fresh water gushing out between the rocks. It is said that in the middle of the Meiji era, a dragon god appeared in the dream of Jintaro of Chigusa Village, where he was sleeping as a mountain guide, and was given the spiritual power to instantly cure any illness. Afterwards, Jintaro became extremely wealthy, donated large sums of money to public works projects, and was loved by the villagers.
