SuzukaSkyline Suzuka Skyline
SuzukaSkyline, which opened as a road across Suzuka Quasi-National Park connecting Ise and Omi, became free of toll in November 1997.
SuzukaSkyline passes between Mt.Gozaisho and Mt. Kamagatake, and when you cross the Takehira tunnel (800m above sea level), you can see Mt. Amagodake in front of you.
The scenery that can be seen from the skyline includes the Yunoyama hot spring town, Aotaki Ohashi Bridge, and the red gondola that shuttles between Mt.Gozaisho and the hot spring town. Additionally, from the Takehira Pass Observation Deck near the pass, you can see the Ise Plain, Ise Bay, and Chita Peninsula in the distance.
Please note that Skyline will be closed during the winter (December 14, 2021 - late March (tentative)) and will be closed to traffic during this period.
