Binta Shrine Toshita Jinja
Shikinai Shrine, commonly known as Togi Shrine, is known for its hydrangeas.
According to tradition, it is said to have been founded during the Nara period, and it is also said that Ki no Tsurayuki visited the temple in 905, when the Kokin Wakashu was selected by imperial command. It was revered as a guardian deity of the Kizukuri clan during the Sengoku period, and as a place of prayer for the Todo clan of the Hisai domain during the Edo period.
