Since ancient times, Shima has been a ``food country'' that provided marine products as tribute to the imperial family and court.
As Ise Bay meets the open ocean waters of the Pacific Ocean, the bay has a wide variety of fish species at its mouth, and a natural reef at the back of the bay on a ria coastline with calm waves, and is blessed with rocky shore resources and shallow sea aquaculture. A place where delicious food is produced.
VISON will be holding the “Shima Fair in VISON” from March 31st to April 23rd, utilizing ShimaCity 's special products.
Chefs from restaurants located within VISON visited ShimaCity and heard from producers about the characteristics of ingredients and specialty products.
Each store will offer a specially designed limited-time menu. In addition, the direct-from-the-farm market ``Marche Vison'' will sell attractive ingredients from ShimaCity.

``Pearl Pork Horoyoi'' is carefully pounded with needles and marinated so that the flavor penetrates deep inside. The accompaniments, grated yam and rape blossoms soaked in mustard, bring out the flavor. Chawanmushi using Isedori is an unusual combination that includes cheese devised by Master Kasahara.

Feed with nutritious sea lettuce produced in Shima, the deliciousness of the melt-in-your-mouth flesh of Shima Aosa Pork is captured in the grill, and then slowly heated in the oven to create an appetizing aroma and a moist, juicy pork that will leave your mouth melting. Finished with meat. Be sure to pair it with fresh vegetables grown in the store's fields.
