Artists who paint goldfish

"Kingyo Bisho" is a word coined by Ryusuke Fukahori (1973- ), which means to scoop up the beauty of goldfish.
This exhibition, which has the same name, brings together artists who are fascinated by the beauty of goldfish and create artwork using goldfish as a motif. Each artist uses their own techniques and expressions to create a variety of works that showcase the "beauty" of goldfish.
In addition, the special exhibit will feature an object made from a folk craft called "goldfish lantern" from Yanai City, Yamaguchi Prefecture! There will also be a "Goldfish and Cherry Blossom" corner themed around cherry blossoms, which have long been loved by Japanese people.
Find your favorite goldfish from the many goldfish art options available.
