An ancient temple that is said to have been founded by Saicho, which sits quietly in the heart of Mt. Fujiwara. From the temple grounds to the mountain behind the temple, maple trees are all over the place in a colorful display. An ``upside-down maple'' is reflected in the mirror pond in the shrine grounds.
