Guide around Hokusei Central Park
A large and beautiful pond with fish
Along the banks of the large pond, where you can jog around, there are sidewalks that you can enjoy walking. It feels great on a windy day♪
A park where you can take a leisurely walk
A beautiful river flows between the sports facility area and the recreation area, and you can hear the sounds of warblers and other mountain birds.
The park is designed for leisurely walking. There are several promenades within the square, making it very easy to walk. There are also courses where you can enjoy views of trees that are so big you won't believe your eyes.
If you feel tired, sit on a chair in the shade of a tree and take a rest.
You can also enjoy playing soccer on the lawn square!
If you make a reservation in advance, you can enjoy playing soccer on the grass field♪
Convenient rest spot
If you're tired from playing or want to take a break after walking or jogging, take a break in the covered rest area. It is very convenient as it is located in each area. Restrooms are also located in each area. There are also vending machines near rest areas and restrooms, so you can stay hydrated.
There is also a tall clock tower on the lawn square. It's easy to see even from a distance, so you can enjoy it without forgetting the time.
Access information
The management office is located in the area where the tennis courts and baseball field are located. In fact, the sign at the entrance is small, so it's easy to miss it, but when you see the baseball stadium lights on your right and the tennis courts on your left, the office will be in the building immediately to your left.
If you go by train, it will take about 30 minutes on foot from the nearest station, but there are supermarkets and convenience stores (Family Mart) along the way, making it convenient to buy drinks and snacks.
Facility overview of Hokusei Central Park
Dogs can also enjoy together.
In fact, unusual for a prefectural park, Hokusei Chuo Park allows dogs to enjoy the park as well. Dogs must be kept on leashes, but many people come by car to take their dogs for walks in the morning and evening.
And what! I've even seen people bring goats here! ! The goat was also on a leash.
This is what the sports facilities look like!
The tennis court is crowded with people both on weekdays and weekends.
On weekdays, students practice, and on weekends, there are many practices and games for club members and club members, making it a lively place.
big baseball field
The baseball field also has seats for spectators behind the back net. There is also a sunshade roof, so you can watch the games in a cool place.
According to the staff who manage it, it seems to be a popular stadium that is often used by people from outside the prefecture for practice.
About use
There is a fee for the baseball field and tennis field. If you wish to use it, you must make a reservation in advance at the management office.
