The only certified rowing course in Mie Prefecture
It has the only official rowing course in the prefecture, and various competitions are held there. Every year on the last Sunday of August, a community-level regatta called the ``Water Carnival'' is held, and many crews from within and outside the prefecture gather to deepen interactions.
