A Japanese restaurant along National Route 42, in front of the Michi-no-eki Okuise Odai in the center of OdaiTown
We provide courteous hospitality with careful attention to detail and skillful techniques. A wide variety of dishes prepared with care using ingredients from the mountains and seas nurtured by the four seasons will connect your hearts with each taste.
Freshness is the key to fish. The store has a fish tank, and when an order comes in, it is kept live. The owner's strong commitment to freshness, local production, and local consumption of ingredients is evident, as he strives to serve only the best quality ingredients to his customers.
The weekday lunch, where you can choose your favorite side dish from 18 types, is a great value. The recommended dish is the ``Chasoba'', which is made using tea leaves from OdaiTown, a teahouse, and took two years to create together with a noodle factory.
Reservations are required for sweetfish dishes in the summer and blowfish dishes in the winter. We only use natural sweetfish that have been caught by friends.
There is a hori-kotatsu style room, perfect for Buddhist and auspicious events. You can relax even if you are a large group.
We also have catered lunch boxes and hors d'oeuvres.
