Machinoeki Tanumise Natto Workshop (Handmade Natto Workshop)
Machi-no-Eki Tanumise is a long-established natto specialty store that is rare in Japan and offers 100% domestically produced soybeans.
Inside the workshop, you can try your hand at making natto by inoculating steamed soybeans with natto bacteria.
It is wrapped in straw and fermented, then delivered to your home 3 to 4 days later. (Reservation required at least 4 days in advance)
