Particularly popular for lunch is the beef tongue series, which includes "beef tongue stew," "beef tongue burger," and "beef tongue bowl." The chewy and hard-looking beef tongue is slowly simmered in a red wine-based soup, giving it a melt-in-the-mouth texture. For those who want a hearty meal, we also recommend the Beef Sagari series.
