Matsusaka meat ``Taiya Ryokan'' is a long-established inn that still remains in the former post town.
Founded in the 1990s, you can casually enjoy the traditional taste of Matsusaka meat at this long-established inn. Matsusaka meat sukiyaki is made by grilling the meat quickly without using warishita, and then seasoning it with specially made soy sauce and sugar. You can enjoy the unique flavor to the fullest without sacrificing the melt-in-your-mouth softness that is unique to Matsusaka meat.
