A long-established Kaiseki restaurant that has been passed down from generation to generation since Meiji 3. Among the many dishes, the recommended one is the ``umami-style aged roast beef,'' which was created through trial and error by the fifth-generation owner. This is a dish that takes a lot of time and effort to carefully grill high-quality Matsusaka beef from a butcher shop that has been trusted for many years, then marinates overnight in a special soy sauce that locks in the flavor of the vegetables.
