Koji Saryo
Kouji Saryo is a fermentation cafe directly managed by rice koji brewer Uonuma Jozo.
Inside the store, you can enjoy koji amazake and fermented drinks made directly from the factory made from rice koji, koji sweets supervised by pastry chef Hirohiro Tsujiguchi, and original koji gelato and koji amazake soft serve made by gelatelier Daizo Shibano. We also carry many rice koji related products for souvenirs.
