*Mobility usage standards*
Riding requirements: Healthy people with a driver's license Weight: 90kg or less Height: 122cm or more

*This mobility service requires a regular driver's license and cannot be used by those who do not have a driver's license. All passengers must carry their driver's license with them.
*If the representative rents multiple cars, each person will need the same number of licenses as the number of cars.
*If it is discovered that you are driving without a license, not only the driver but also the representative will be legally punished.
1 The legal penalty for driving without a license is imprisonment for up to 3 years or a fine of up to 500,000 yen (Article 117-2-2 of the Road Traffic Act)
2 Regarding unlicensed driving, the same legal penalties as unlicensed drivers are prescribed for those who order or permit unlicensed driving, those who fraudulently obtain licenses, and vehicle providers (Road Traffic Law Article Article 117-2-2)

*Mobility is for one person only. It is not possible to ride together with small children.
*Please refrain from "driving while driving" such as talking or operating a mobile phone while driving.
*Drinking and driving is prohibited by law. Please do not do this.
*Please drive safely in accordance with other road traffic laws.

*Please note that if you violate the following acts, you will be charged a penalty fee.
・If returned to a port other than the designated port: 50,000 yen
・Damage to the aircraft, damage, etc.: 150,000 yen
・If you do not notify us at the time of an accident and the accident is discovered later by the police or a third party: 50,000 yen
