This healthy and refreshing original menu includes grilled sweetfish from Miyagawa, conger eel and local summer vegetable tempura (with matcha salt), kohada konnyaku cold noodles made with kohada noodles from local Ueno-ya, chicken breast salad with plum, fried eggplant with miso sauce, seasonal side dishes, white rice, pickles, and homemade aloe jelly for dessert.
