How to enjoy Vison?

1. Decide on the start and main purpose first!

Visson is spacious, so I think it would be a good idea to narrow down your goals and make a plan.

This time, we started with brunch at Cafe Tomiyama on San Sebastian Street, which I had always wanted to go to.

Mainly, I decided to enjoy the medicinal herbal bath and mineral mist bath to soothe my mind and body in the herbal area.

2. Visson is just so spacious. Let's move around the parking lot!

Once you've made your schedule, park your car near your destination, walk around the nearby area, and then drive to a more distant location.

*There is no need to pay the parking fee when moving. You'll have to pay at the end, so keep your receipt and have it exchanged for a pink discount coupon at the store.

I couldn't wait for the store to open, so I arrived by 10am and was the first one in.

I've been interested in this brunch set for a while.

Each person chooses an egg sandwich and a fruit sandwich, which comes with a salad plate, drink, and pudding.

Each one is polite and beautiful! !

The taste is not too sweet, and the fruit is juicy.

What a colorful salad plate! Adult women who are concerned about their health want to eat vegetables anyway, so this is a great thing.

Each piece of material is carefully cut, brightly colored, and gentle on the body. The quality of the material is alive.

Actually, I love pudding! It's also a simple pudding made with rich eggs.

The caramel sauce has a nice sweetness and bitterness, and it not only looks great but also tastes great! !

Relax and enjoy the elegant brunch set on the reserved sofa seat in the back, which is bathed in gentle light, and your eyes and stomach will be satisfied.

I love the simple yet cute patterns on tableware, accessories, textiles, etc., so next I stopped by Mina Perhonen Museum & Shop.

Mina Perhonen is a brand founded in 1995 by designer Akira Minagawa.

The signboard and logo are cute and have a lot of attention to detail.

If you pay the museum admission fee of 800 yen, you will receive a shopping ticket worth 800 yen that can be used at the shop.

Is the theme of the museum exhibition about trees and forests?

Clothes made from fabrics with nature motifs greeted us.

The lighting and handmade embroidered lace complemented the simplicity.

This is an exhibition piece.

The fabrics are colored with roughly drawn motifs, and each fabric has a gentle design and a wonderful color that complements it.

Textiles that use one color or have cute designs. A small room made of fabrics tied together like this is a different space.

I also found my favorite ``tambourine'' pattern, which makes me feel better.

The table display is also cute.

Red roselle fruits in a yellow vase look like autumn. The layering of simple tableware is also wonderful.

The shop also sells clothes, tableware, and accessories unique to Mina Perhonen.

On the glass windows are pictures of trees and birds drawn by Minagawa himself. The light shining in was in harmony with the scenery behind it, creating beautiful shadows.

Many of the products on display had natural motifs, giving the store a gentle atmosphere.

Be sure to visit the Mina Perhonen Museum & Shop, where you can feel the passion of the creators. This is also highly recommended.

～Aroma oil experience～

Linnaeus Research Institute has a large parking lot in front of the store, so I drove there.

One house stands alone.

This Herbal Research Institute is staffed by plant therapists, people with agricultural experience, and staff knowledgeable about food.

There is also a cafe with an organic menu and workshops using herbs.

On this day, I wanted to be healed by scent, so I took on the challenge of creating a personal aroma oil with the plant therapist staff.

Smell the various oils and write them down in your notes as 〇like, △average, or × dislike.

This will help you understand your favorite scent trends.

The staff at the store will explain the effects and uses of the scents, and you will choose four types of oil from the ones you have written down.

First, choose the fragrance you like the most, and then select one after the other. It was amazing how you could create completely different scents by mixing not only scents you like but also scents you don't like.

My friend was completely hooked on the efficacy and charm of aroma.

This is the shop of Linnaeus Research Institute. Organic products with special care were on sale.

4, Honzoyu & Luflo

Move from the Honso Institute parking lot to the Honsoyu parking lot.

Finally, today's main dish is ``Honsoyu & Luflo.''

By the way, what is honso?

TakiTown, where VISON is located, is said to have been a medicinal herb production area since ancient times, where ``herbalism'', the practice of using natural materials such as trees and flowers as medicine, was popular. Many herbalists such as ``Noro Motojo'' have also appeared.

At ``Honzoyu,'' you can enjoy medicinal herbal baths made with flowers grown locally.

Now, let's try out ``Honzoyu'' and ``Rufuro''!

This is the building where Honsoyu and Leflo are located.

At the Honso Research Institute, Mie University and Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. have collaborated to develop recipes for medicinal herbs.

We offer a variety of medicinal herbal baths depending on the season.

In addition to Leflo, there is also a beauty salon and a cafe.

This time we tried Honsoyu and Luflo and it cost 4,800 yen.

When you enter the entrance, you will see a stylish mural on the entrance, take off your shoes, put them in the shoe rack, and head to the reception desk.

Once you go inside after checking in, you will find a resting area that leads to a spacious and clean medicinal bath.

The bamboo that stretches straight up to the high ceiling is an accent, creating a comfortable space.

It looks like you can relax on the tatami. It was a healing place.

Now, I would like to enjoy ``Honsoyu'' before Luflo.

``Honzoyu'' was a wonderful bath that was bright, spacious, and had a great view.

Above all, the medicinal herb scent was gentle and natural and soothing.

I thought, ``hot springs are nice,'' but the ``herbal bath'' is also very pleasant.

I thought it was wonderful that ``Nanajuuniku no Yu'' can be enjoyed in various ways depending on the season and time of year.

The corridor from the rest area to ``Ruflo'' is a brightly lit space overlooking the mountains.

The scenery that makes you want to take a deep breath will come to you.

Now, let's head to Luflo for the first time.

Excited for my first Luflo

This is the entrance to the mineral mist bath "Ruflo".

Luflo is a new hot bathing habit of ``bathing in hot water.'' By enveloping your entire body in a mist rich in over 30 types of high-quality natural minerals, your body's own metabolism warms it and promotes sweating.

Before taking a mineral mist bath, be sure to remove your makeup, including your hair, and wash your entire body with Honzo-yu.

After that, change into the clothes provided at the facility without wearing underwear. (Paper underwear is also available.)

When you say your name at the reception desk, you will receive a paper cup.

Water that contains the same minerals as the mist in a mineral bath seems to taste different depending on your constitution and physical condition.

If three or more of the following apply to you: coldness, stiff shoulders, swelling, getting tired easily, catching a cold easily, rough skin, anemia, and irregular menstruation, you are deficient in minerals.

It was obvious that I too was lacking, and I felt bitter.

After that, the taste seems to change every time you are exposed to the mist. Now it's time for the mist bath challenge! !

It's a shame that you can't take pictures inside Ruflo because of the mist.

Enter the room wearing indoor clothes. First, lie face down on a 3cm medicinal stone for 10 minutes.

There is a side wall inside the mist, so you can spend time without worrying about your surroundings.

Afterwards, cool down with mineral water in the rest room.

Is the taste of water changing because minerals have been taken in?

For the second mist bath, lie on your back for 10 minutes. I also placed a stone on my stomach.

This is easy. My body was getting used to it, it was warm, and I was starting to feel good.

At this point, the stiff shoulders and sluggishness in our bodies were gone, and the only things we could say were, ``I feel healed.'' ``It feels good.''

From the terrace, you can see the greenery and feel like you are taking a forest bath. The autumn breeze felt nice and it was the first time in a long time that I was able to do nothing without thinking about it.

It was a really pleasant experience to warm up your body with a mist bath and cool down while looking at the blue sky and greenery.

It's precious to spend time disconnected from everyday life and resting your body without thinking about anything.

I was worried about getting cold and swollen because I was tired from the intense summer heat, but I realized how important it is to keep my body warm.

The medicinal herbal bath soothes the body, the mist bath absorbs minerals, and the skin seems to be happy with it.

After finishing Luflo, when you come to the hall, you will find products that are typical of Honsoyu.

All the products were only available here.

There are also bath salts that allow you to easily enjoy Honzoyu at home.

However, I would like to go to Honzoyu if it was close to my house.

It was spacious and new, and above all, the medicinal herbal hot springs of the ``Nanajuuniku no Yu'', which were adapted to the season, and the beautiful green scenery of the outdoor baths were a truly relaxing experience.

I realized that spending time relaxing in nature brings out the resilience of our bodies.

There is also a beauty salon called ``TEZUSIKI'' which requires reservation.

I would like to experience this again someday.

There is also a ``Honsoyu Café'' in the building.

The lineup included a fermented drink made with fruit and rice malt, and a craft cola made with mirin and medicinal herbs, typical of Visson, that seemed to be good for the body after taking a bath.
