Dried spiny lobsters
Among the remote islands of Toba, Sugashima has particularly strong west winds.
A shrine is located on the west side of the island, and the ultimate dried fish was born on Sugashima, taking advantage of the blessing wind that blows from the shrine and the abundant sunlight.
If you grill the shell and eat it, when you bite into it, it will have a plump texture and a concentrated flavor that will gradually spread out.
We also offer mail-order sales that are recommended as gifts.
