``RESTAURANT CULTIVATE'' is a restaurant serving creative Chinese cuisine that opened in 2010 in Ureshino MatsusakaCity City, Mie Prefecture.
A wonderful restaurant located in a green town surrounded by forests and fields, and was selected as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Aichi/Gifu/Mie 2019 Special Edition.

What is Michelin Bib Gourmand? It is defined as ``a dish that gives you more satisfaction than it costs.''
Bib Gourmand restaurants have one thing in common: simple cooking methods.

Thoughts behind the store name



The name "CULTIVATE" has the meaning of "cultivating", and it seems that the name "CULTIVATE" contains the hope that a lot of "fun" will be born from this place.


Based on the concept of three "Tagasasu", we serve dishes that value local Mie ingredients and seasonal ingredients, and also have a gallery and shop, where we share all kinds of culture!

There is still a field behind the shop, where all the staff till the soil and grow vegetables.

Cedar from Mie Prefecture is used for the ceiling, walls, floors, and furniture inside the store, creating a warm atmosphere.
We are also registered as a ``Mie Prefecture Wood Utilization Declaration'' business operator, which is part of Mie Prefecture's efforts to revitalize Mie's forests, and we are promoting the appeal of timber produced in Mie Prefecture. ♪

Appetizer: Spicy grilled shrimp salad with honey mustard sauce


A dish where you can feel the quality of the ingredients such as plump shrimp and crunchy vegetables.
The honey mustard sauce is a great accent, and it's so delicious that it disappears in no time!



Today's dish: Chickpea and pork cartilage stew with salted malt


The braised pork is melty and melty, and the moment you put it in your mouth, the richness and flavor spreads throughout your mouth.

Rich soy milk dandan noodles with homemade sesame seeds


I was really looking forward to the homemade sesame and rich soy milk tandan noodles.
The tandan noodles are made with sesame seeds from Kuki Sangyo, and you can smell the sesame aroma even through your mask from the moment you receive them!
There are two levels of spiciness to choose from, normal and spicy, and the soy milk gives it a very mellow taste, so even those who don't like spicy food can enjoy it.

Healthy pork AI spare ribs marinated in sake and instant cumin stir-fry


A dish with an outstanding visual impact.
As the chef says, this is a dish that is full of spicy aroma.
It looks very spicy, but when you actually eat it, it has a rich flavor and is truly delicious and spicy!
It's marinated in OdaiTown Mie Prefecture, and then fried until crispy.

What is Healthy Pork AI? "Healthy Pork AI" is pork raised at Isshi Pig Farm in Isshi, TsuCity.
The pigs are carefully fed and raised freely on a larger plot of land than usual, which is why they are so tender and delicious.

I want to work with the locals to liven it up! He was a person with a passionate desire.
