A yakiniku restaurant loved by locals with the motto of ``good meat at a lower price.'' One of the most popular types of yakiniku that can be enjoyed using an electric roaster with little smoke is the ``Sankamijo Kalbi'', which is said to be the highest grade of beef belly. The meat is soft and the sweetness of the fat that sizzles when cooked melts in your mouth. The rare cuts offered on a monthly basis are also popular with regulars.
