10 minutes by car from Visson, we came to the area around GokatsuraLake, which is one of the tourist bases in TakiTown!

When you shake the soft-serve ice cream cone, it makes a crunching sound like maracas. There is plenty of granular food inside, so tear it up with your hands and feed it along with the outer cone to the hungry carp swimming in the pond ♪ They don't seem to be active during the cold season, so at first It didn't seem to notice the bait, but it gradually came to the surface and opened its mouth. I was able to meet unique carp of various sizes and shapes, such as red, white, blue and black♪

11:15 Art experience at Life art studio

artist's Mina Nakata Art class led by "Life art studio". Opened in January 2023 with the concept of "The future comes from the power of creation" A new art classroom where you can learn both analog and digital is.

While we teach students who attend regularly, we also accept one-time experiences to create memories of sightseeing.

What we learned was the experience of creating one-of-a-kind original art in the world on a small campus. First, choose your favorite color of acrylic paint, mix it with a special liquid, and fill it into a container. Next, place the canvas on top of the container, turn it over, and spread the paint as you wish. Finally, when the teacher seared the surface, the color of the paint underneath came out, creating a mysterious pattern.

Every step of the process was so cute and I had so much fun taking photos and videos ♪

Here are the works that the two actually created. Akane-san made the blue and yellow ones, and I made the red and green ones. While talking about things like, ``Maybe it suits our image somehow,'' and ``I'd probably choose a different color depending on my mood that day, and I'd like to do it again,'' we ended up creating a mysterious and cute piece that looked like the veins of a leaf or a butterfly. Ta.

12:30 Olive Cafe Watarai store or Meiwa store

This cafe is proud of its moist and fluffy pancakes, produced by Daikokuya, whose main branch is in OdaiTown. There are stores in WataraiTown and MeiwaTown in the Mimura area.

If you want to play along this model course, it will be easier to go to Olive Cafe Watarai Branch located in MiyaRiverWataraiPark. 25 minutes by car from Life art project. It was Wednesday, and the Watara store was closed, so I visited the Meiwa store.

``Olive Cafe Meiwa''​ ​is a 15-minute drive from the Life art project where you can experience art. It is located next to Aeon Meiwa store.

Each item is hand-baked one by one after an order is placed. Fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes from, "Seasonal fruit pancakes" I chose.

​A large, luxurious pancake topped with plenty of seasonal fruit and served with a light and fluffy espuma whip.

There are lots of delicious strawberries in this season♪ One plate contains 3 thick pancakes, making it very filling. These gentle, sweet pancakes are easy for even small children to eat, and you can eat as many as you want! You can put syrup on it or eat it with fruit and whipped cream, and you can enjoy different flavors without getting bored.

You can also get a set drink bar for an additional 330 yen per person.

They also have one-plate lunches, pasta, and omelet rice, so it's a good idea to enjoy the lunch menu and then share the pancakes for dessert. Lunch also comes with salad and soup, so you can eat plenty of vegetables, which is healthy and nice.

There are also limited menus available at both Watarai and Meiwa stores. Both the food and the shops are cute, so I took lots of pictures here as well♪ You can use your Mimura Passport at both shops.

14:00 Putter golf experience at MiyaRiverWataraiPark

Fukui Coffee is a small coffee shop where you can walk from MiyaRiverWataraiPark parking lot and enjoy authentic home-roasted coffee in the style of a home cafe. The owner, who loves drawing, will entertain you with latte art performances.

We ordered the ``Watarai Latte'' named after the town and the ``Hojicha Watarai Latte.''

The ``Watarai Latte'' is based on fukui coffee's original blended bean espresso, and uses green tea from WataraiTown, which is famous for tea, and the ``Hojicha Watarai Latte​'' uses hojicha.

The first thing that comes to mind is the aroma of strong tea. The first sip is the mellow bitterness of espresso. Even though it is bitter, it has a slight sweetness, and the harmony of tea and coffee has an excellent healing effect.

When it comes to latte art, some customers see fukui coffee's Instagram and request ``I'd like this art, please.'' There was also cute bear art. You can't help but admire the wonderful art drawn inside the cup in an instant. “It might not work out,” said the owner.

Latte art that is created by simply pouring is called "free pour latte art," and it is said to be the hallmark of a delicious latte, as it can only be created if the coffee and milk are perfectly mixed. Delicious!
