Kunsenji Gyusenji

A Soto sect temple located near nagashima and the Kumano Sea.
This temple is said to be the starting point for the Miyagawa 88 Temples Tour, and the cloud board in its collection has been designated as a tangible cultural property by the prefecture.
A bronze cloud board measuring 1 shaku, 4 sun, and 5 cm in length that reads, "Ouchiyamago, ouchiyama, Kunsenjimachi, Ise Province, Tokinagasho 10 Kotori, Kikuzuki, Auspicious Day."
We learn that ouchiyama, which is now Watarai District, belonged to Taki District, and that this area was connected to the Taira clan.
In addition, a spirit festival called ``Ettoessa'' is held in the summer, preserving its old form.
